1.Use
Smart Jet Cleaner is a smart flushing equipment specially for the bottom of the storage pond to prevent deposition. It uses a gas-liquid mixture to aerate and agitate the sewage containing sediment in the storage pond, and then pumps the sediment in the water when it turns into suspended matters, and then flushes the bottom of the storage pond after the sewage is emptied. The Smart Jet Cleaner not only can automatically flush the plane, but also flush a fixed spot.
2.Principle of Operation
When there is a certain depth of water in the storage pond, the Smart Jet Cleaner under the control of the control system will spray a gas-liquid mixture every once in a while, aerate the water in the storage pond to avoid anaerobic reactions in the water, which can avoid toxic gas and odor in the storage pond to the maximum extent. During the draining of the storage pond, when the installed liquid level indicator detects that the water level of the storage equipment reaches the set level, the smart control system controls the nozzle of the smart injector to start rotating within the range of 0-280° while stirring the water in the storage pond in all directions, so that the sediment at the bottom of the tank is in suspension and discharged together with the water to avoid the sediment being deposited at the bottom of the tank again. When the water in the storage pond is about to be drained, the Smart Jet Cleaner use the water from the water collection pit to strongly flush the bottom of the storage pond, and the flushed sewage is also discharged to the sewage treatment plant. The high-definition camera equipped in the storage pond can automatically capture the image of the bottom of the storage pond. Through the smart control system, the captured image will be gridded smartly in the area. When it is sensed that there is dirt in a certain area that has not been flushed clean, a control signal will be sent automatically to control the Smart Jet Cleaner to spot-flush the dirt in the area.
