1.Use
The Flush Sluice is mainly used for flushing and maintenance of drainage pipes with low flow velocity and low flow rate and that are prone to siltation and not easy to be cleaned manually. It does not require external water source. The pipes are flushed automatically and regularly using the water inside them, thus reducing the cost of pipe maintenance and greatly reducing the danger of manual cleaning.
2.Principle of Operation
The Flush Sluice intercepts the sewage in the combined pipe briefly, and releases it rapidly to create a flushing force to accelerate the flow of sewage and reduce mud deposition, and at the same time flush the trash in the pipe culvert.
(1)Interception process: The sewage is stored in the upstream of the Flush Sluice and the interception water level rises continuously. The water level monitoring system can display the storage level in real time.
(2)Flushing process: When the water level reaches the set water level value, the Flush Sluice automatically opens and flushes the downstream pipeline. The equipment can also be connected to a remote control system for a more effective pipe network system management.
